Lappartamento di Sonja è molto accogliente, pulitissimo e dotato di tutto quello che serve per un gradevole soggiorno.
Sonja è gentilissima e pronta a fornire ogni supporto per rendere agevole il soggiorno. Cè anche un parcheggio privato molto comodo.

Wir haben hier mit 2 Kindern eine wundervolle Ferienwoche verbracht.
Kaffebohnen, Toilettenpapier, Handtücher, Abfallsäcke war alles bereits in Reserve vorhanden!
Sonja Pfister ist sehr grosszügig und unkompliziert!

Nos sorprendió la buena ubicación, barrio tranquilo y familiar, cerca del lago y la estación de trenes. Anfitriona muy atenta y amable. El apartamento muy acogedor, igual que en las fotos. Con todo el equipamiento que uno pueda necesitar, tanto en cocina, baño, habitaciones, salón...hasta enchufes adaptables. Toallas de calidad. Camas confortables. Ropa de cama muy practica y cómoda. Con lava platos, tetera, cafetera, tostadora, plancha, secador y rizador de pelo, ventiladores, nevera, microondas, horno, zapatillas de andar por casa....y tantas cosas más en perfecto estado. Como nuevo. En la cocina no faltava detalle. El baño muy practico. Las habitaciones con un tamaño muy bueno. Parquet en el suelo. Todo impecable. Ademas tiene plaza de parking exterior reservada para el apartamento incluido en el precio. Teniendo en cuenta que es un barrio familiar y que todo el mundo se conoce, son educados, amables y muy ordenados en toda la organizacion del vecindario, se agradece encontrar esa plaza de parking para ti solo y que nadie te la va a quitar. Cuando llegamos con el GPS encontramos rapidamente la ubicacion y luego las llaves en el buzón. ¡Genial! Volveria sin pensarmelo al mismo apartamento. Nos sentimos como en casa. Ideal para 4 personas. La anfitriona se vino a presentar al ratito y nos explicó todo como iba, muy amable y atenta. El ultimo dia antes de irnos tambien vino para despedirnos y recoger las llaves. Todo perfecto. ¡Excelente!

Ich kann nur jedem die Wohnung von Sonja empfehlen. Sie ist hervorragend geeignet für 2 bis 4 Personen. Zur Wohnung selber kann ich nur sagen, dass sie alles hat was man benötigt und auch alles sehr sauber war, was für mich immer ein wichtiger Faktor ist. Desweitern ist sie auch nur 5min Fußmarsch vom Bahnhof Jona entfernt, heißt wer mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ankommt wird hier auch keine Probleme haben. Die Kommunikation mit Sonja hat bestens geklappt und auch der Check In und Check Out haben ohne Probleme funktioniert. Wenn wir das nächste mal wieder in Rapperswil sind werden wir auf jedenfall wieder diese Wohnung buchen wenn sie verfügbar ist.

Sonja's apartment is perfect for a quite and comfortable stay in Rapperswil. It is newly renovated with style, the mattresses make a very good sleep, there is a even dish washer and kitchen with all you need. Also the parking is spacious and convinient to access. I highly recommend Sonja's place!

My wife and I stayed for three days and it was perfect.
All was clean and tidy (as in the site pictures) and everything we needed provided plus a few thoughtful touches.
The landlady, Sonja, was delightful: very helpful, fluent English and knowledgeable about the area (and indeed worldwide) for tourists.
The flat is within walking distance of the old town, lake and railway station. Also there are a couple of bus lanes running nearby.
All was clean and tidy (as in the site pictures) and everything we needed provided plus a few thoughtful touches.

We had a wonderful stay in the 4.5-room apartment for 3 weeks in January 2020. The rooms are more spacious than usual, there is plenty of storage, and the kitchen is extremely well-equipped -- everything you could need for self-catering. Likewise for furnishings and linen -- there is nothing lacking. As many have noted, only 20 minutes' walk from Rapperswil town centre -- but also only 15 minutes from Jona, where there is a small railway station on the Zürich line, as well as some very good supermarkets. Sonja, super-friendly and with excellent English, is very helpful and easily available for contact, without being intrusive. We would recommend this apartment and also Rapperswil as a great base, better than being in the city as you are surrounded by the beauty of the lake, the birdlife, plenty of good walking nearby. Wir haben sich für zehn Tage in die 4.5 Zimmer Ferienwohnung eingemietet. Buchung sowie Schlüsselübergabe verlief äußerst unkompliziert. Große, geräumige, saubere Wohnung! Ruhige, zentrale Lage; ca. 20 Gehminuten in die Altstadt bzw. zum Bahnhof. Ganz praktisch die Bäckerei ums Eck und wer mit dem Auto anreist bekommt einen Garagenparkplatz.
Die Wohnung ist nur zum Weiterempfehlen. Leider nur bis November.
Nochmals ein großes Lob und ein Dankeschön an Frau Pfister für die schöne Zeit.

Wir verbrachten einen Monat in der 3.5 Zimmer Wohnung, welche schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber war. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt um sich wohlzufühlen. Sie ist sehr ruhig und doch Zentral gelegen. Man kann sie gut und schnell mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Gerne möchten wir uns ganz herzlich bei Frau Pfister für Ihre unkomplizierte Gastfreundlichkeit bedanken. Wir als vierköpfige Familie können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Meine Frau und ich haben die 3,5-Zimmerwohnung für eine Woche Ende Juli gemietet. Wir waren sehr angenehm von der geräumigen und hellen Wohnung überrascht. Perfekt von Frau Pfister organisiert, klappte alles von der Übergabe bis zur Abgabe. Die Lage ist gut, der Bäcker direkt ums Eck. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und verbrachten die Zeit in angenehmer Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist gross und hell und wir durften sogar unser beiden Hauskatzen mit nehmen.
Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist grosszügig und man fühlt sich sehr schnell wohl und fast schon zu Hause.

Wir waren in der 3,5 Zimmerwohnung. Sehr groß und hell.
Frau Pfister sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wohnung liegt außerhalb der Stadt, ist sehr ruhig und in ca. 20 Minuten ist man in der Altstadt.
Wir würden wieder kommen.

Wir haben die 3,5 Zimmerwohnung von Frau Pfister für eine Woche im April 2016 gemietet. Wir waren von der Grosszügigkeit, der umfangreichen und gepflegten Ausstattung sowie der Sauberkeit sehr positiv überrascht. Auch ist die Lage für Besuche im Bereich rund um den Zürichsee ideal. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen und werden sie bei weiteren Besuchen in der Schweiz wieder buchen.

Excellent location. Quite neighborhood within a walking distance from Rapperswill's Centrum. You will find nearby a good bakery and where to do your basic shopping. Sonja's hospitality will make you feel at home from the first moment and she is always available to advise and answer any question you have. Rapperswil is a beutiful town with excellent restaurants

L'appartamento della signora Pfister è molto bello e abbastanza nuovo. Ha tutto di cui si ha bisogno: lavatrice/asciugatrice, lavastoviglie ed anche accesso internet per via di Swisscom hotspot che è messo a disposizione gentilmente dalla signora Pfister. Ci sono due bagni, uno con la vasca, l'altro con la doccia e la lavatrice/asciugatrice. Le stanze sono molto grandi. La cucina è abbastanza grande da contenere un tavolo per mangiare per almeno 4 persone. Il soggiorno ha anche un tavolo per mangiare. Nelle vicinanze c'è anche un piccolo parco giochi per bambini per chi viaggia con bambini piccoli.
A noi ci è piacuta tanto la zona. È molto sinlenziosa e ci vogliono solamente 4 minuti in autobus per raggiungere la stazione di Rapperswil. Da Rapperswil poi si possono facilmente raggiugere altre mete in Svizzera, come Lucerna e il monte Pilatus. Con la S5 o S7 si raggiunge direttamente Zurigo.
Rapperswil è anche bello per passegiare perchè ha accesso al lago e si può anche visitare in castello nella città antica. È anche facile fare la spesa con Sonnenhof, Manor e altri negozi nelle vicinanze. La signora Pfister è anche di aiuto a dare indicazioni su dove andare a Rapperswil.

This is a great place to spend a vacation in Switzerland in the area of Zurich. The apartment has everything you need, including washer/dryer, dishwasher and WIFI through a Swisscom Hotsopt that Frau Pfister kindly provides. There are actually two bathrooms, one has a bath tub, the other has a shower and washer/dryer. There is a big deck with table and chairs. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen is large with a dining table where at least 4 can comfortably sit. The living room has also a dining table. There is a cute children playground that you can reach from the apartment in case you have kids with you.
We really liked the location. It's very quiet and the bus takes 4 minutes to reach the Rapperswil train station. From Rapperswil you can easily reach other destinations in Switzerland, like Lucerne and Pilatus. You can take either S5 or S7 to get directly to Zurich.
Rapperswil is also nice to stroll around since it has beautiful access to the lake and a castle in the old city. Shopping is also easy with Sonnenhof, Manor and others in close distance. Frau Pfister is very helpful in answering questions and suggesting places to go to in Rapperswil.

Nach 2013 in der "kleinen Wohnung" nun 2014 in der "großen 4,5 Zimmer Wohnung. Zum 2. mal pudelwohl gefühlt und von Frau Pfister einen herzlichen Service genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt um Rapperswil fussläufig zu erkunden, Knies Kinderzoo, Schwimmbad Lido und das Zentrum mit der Promenade am Zürichsee sind in weniger als 20 min zu erreichen. Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder in 2015
