My wife and I stayed for three days and it was perfect.
All was clean and tidy (as in the site pictures) and everything we needed provided plus a few thoughtful touches.
The landlady, Sonja, was delightful: very helpful, fluent English and knowledgeable about the area (and indeed worldwide) for tourists.
The flat is within walking distance of the old town, lake and railway station. Also there are a couple of bus lanes running nearby.

We had a wonderful stay in the 4.5-room apartment for 3 weeks in January 2020. The rooms are more spacious than usual, there is plenty of storage, and the kitchen is extremely well-equipped -- everything you could need for self-catering. Likewise for furnishings and linen -- there is nothing lacking. As many have noted, only 20 minutes' walk from Rapperswil town centre -- but also only 15 minutes from Jona, where there is a small railway station on the Zürich line, as well as some very good supermarkets. Sonja, super-friendly and with excellent English, is very helpful and easily available for contact, without being intrusive. We would recommend this apartment and also Rapperswil as a great base, better than being in the city as you are surrounded by the beauty of the lake, the birdlife, plenty of good walking nearby. Wir haben sich für zehn Tage in die 4.5 Zimmer Ferienwohnung eingemietet. Buchung sowie Schlüsselübergabe verlief äußerst unkompliziert. Große, geräumige, saubere Wohnung! Ruhige, zentrale Lage; ca. 20 Gehminuten in die Altstadt bzw. zum Bahnhof. Ganz praktisch die Bäckerei ums Eck und wer mit dem Auto anreist bekommt einen Garagenparkplatz.
Die Wohnung ist nur zum Weiterempfehlen. Leider nur bis November.
Nochmals ein großes Lob und ein Dankeschön an Frau Pfister für die schöne Zeit.

Wir verbrachten einen Monat in der 3.5 Zimmer Wohnung, welche schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber war. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt um sich wohlzufühlen. Sie ist sehr ruhig und doch Zentral gelegen. Man kann sie gut und schnell mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Gerne möchten wir uns ganz herzlich bei Frau Pfister für Ihre unkomplizierte Gastfreundlichkeit bedanken. Wir als vierköpfige Familie können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Meine Frau und ich haben die 3,5-Zimmerwohnung für eine Woche Ende Juli gemietet. Wir waren sehr angenehm von der geräumigen und hellen Wohnung überrascht. Perfekt von Frau Pfister organisiert, klappte alles von der Übergabe bis zur Abgabe. Die Lage ist gut, der Bäcker direkt ums Eck. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen.
